Default Readiness monitors and an OBDII emissions test

A friend of mine just failed the IL OBDII emissions test for having 2 readiness monitors incomplete. I believe it was the O2 sensor, and the other escapes me at the moment. Now there shouldn't be an issue since it's a stock 2007 Trailblazer SS with a catback that is still running the factory tune. However, he had just gotten his oil changed and they reset the oil life monitor through the cluster. Does it just need a few drive cycles, or are we going to have to go through HPT and flag these off?

Resetting the GM oil life system shouldn't have anything to do with it. Did he do anything else recently like disconnecting or replacing the battery? (Which might have reset the PCM). Only thing I can think of is do some drive cycles: www.obdii.com/drivecycle.html

I quizzed him up and down about pulling the battery, any recent jump starts, and nothing. We'll keep monitoring it over the next couple days.
