Default no spark new cam and crank sensors

i have a 1967 camaro ls1 tt one min i have spark then no spark changed the cam and crank sensors and still nothing i tryed to plug in the obd2 to check whats going on and cant connect to the pcm also have no 12v coming out of the pcm to the crank sencor do i have a bad pcm?help

Last time I saw this the guy had connected his 12VDC ignition-switched feeds to the coil/injector connectors to a source that had no power during cranking (ACC circuit maybe?)

Did you check your starter and ignition relays?

starter turns freely and i have no ignition relays
the wierd thing is that i cant make a connection to my pcm with the obd2 what do you guys think?

checked all fueses maybe a broken connector

i put a whole new wiring harness in it and still no spark

also changed my coil packs cam sensor and crank sensor im leaning towards reluctor gear on the crank or a bad pcm. i dont have 12v going to my crank sensor WHY??????

Check the fuse that powers your cigerate lighter, if its burnt or missing your obd won't work

Time to whip out your meter and wiring diagram and go to town. Could be a bent/damaged connector pin, a manufacturing defect in the new harness, or a blown PCM.

Start with the basics...probe for 12VDC to the PCM at both the constant 12V pin and the ignition-switched 12V pin.

i have 12v to the pcm and to the ignition but i cant seam to get any volts out from pin #2 #12#21 going to the crank sensor when key is on any guesses

i think my pcm is bad what do you guys think?
is there a way to check the pcm to see if its bad
