ELMO702

I have a LS2 GTO that I NEED to get dyno tuned. I just had a yank 3800 Stall Converter installed. I knew I was going to need the car tuned for it but I didn't know that it wasn't going to work at all until I had the tuning done. Or it could quite possibly be that it was installed wrong. The car feels to have less power and when I try to even smoke my tires it wont go past 2k rpm n the tires wont spin. So nonetheless I hope I can get it tuned and all my issues will be solved. Does anyone know of a person that can tune my car and have it on a dyno? Any help would be appreciated.
