Default Alternator

I don't drive the car that much.I went to the track and I only ran 12.44@115MPH.I have stage3 H/C 92mm fast intake and throdle body to. It machs 440HP and 400TQ at the wheels,Here is my problem it should run 11.80 or better but I can here my Alternator working to charge my battery. do you think if my battery is up and I disconnect my Alternator just when I run the 1/4 mile. Do you think this would help.Please help me don't know whats the problem

Plus I brought up with a trailer to so it was cold at the biginning I ran 9 times and the car was getting better.

throttle not throdle, makes not machs

Do you see any voltage drop at take of or down the track? Is the alternator on its way out? Have you done the big 3? you dont want the fuel pump to get less voltage and cause you to go lean down the track.

No it will not help. You have the MPH to run a 11 but your 60' probably sucks. Is it a A4 or M6? What was your 60'?

Its a 6 speed but going in 2nd and 3rd is hard 60 foot is 1.7.so I ordered the tick adjustable slave and master.The centerforce DF works great. Hope this gets me in the 11's

You should be trapping over 120 with your setup IMO. Something else is going on. Alternators charge better when cold, worse when hot.

If you can't shift at high RPM then this is proably your problem. I think you are missing a few MPH but that could be due to heat/humidity right now.
