Default any way that tuning can cause PO332 & PO327

My tuner purposely tuned the computer using ls1edit so that the first 4 degrees of KR would be ignored. He said that it was ok to do because he had the wideband on it and the afr was perfect. So it was false knock and alot of 98 camaros do it. This was earlier in the year and it has been setting codes. But I never scanned it, until today. There were multiple codes for po332 & po327. I never had those codes before tuning it. But prior to tuning it I replaced the intake with a Fast 90.

Is there any way that the tuning caused this? or am I prolly looking at a pinched wire for the knock sensors? Should I just replace the wire since it is both sensors? I figure both sensors cant be bad at the same time right?

Thanks

Ryan
