Default ls1 stating problem

Hello, this may have been cover before. I just installed a LS1 into a 69 Camaro. I had the wire harness and the ecu done. I called the company that did the ecu and according to there records the anti theft has been disabled. The problem I have is the engine starts as it should and runs for 3 seconds and turns off as if to turn off the key. I checked for mass air leaks, none found, fuel flow and pres. is good, powers and grounds good, no fault codes. Any ideas?

thanks Jake

If you have a scanner with live data you can see if it is allowing fuel

A friend of mine came by with his snap-on scanner and we were able to see our live data. After looking at all the sensors we looked at the injector signal and noticed the ms had a sudden drop as the car stalled. The freeze frame data was a handy feature as we could see the injectors still working but with next to no open time as the engine stalled. Disconnected the air mass and it kept on running. Tomorrow I will install a new air mass and see what happens.
