Default Trouble codes and performance?

I have swapped an LS1 into my Lincoln mark LSC and have 4 codes. i am wondering what the ECU will direct the engine to do with these codes?
140B O2 B1 S2 O2 sensors not hooked up in the rear
160B O2 B2 S2 O2 sensors not hooked up in the rear
EGR position sensor voltage low Not hooked up
0461 Fuel level sensor performance Not hooked up

The car seems to run fine, althoughj I wonder if it will pull timing or find a different fuel cell to run. Any good input would be great.

the egr and fuel level shouldn't do anything but i'm not sure about the o2's, probably nothing either.

Non of the above codes are going to cause you any significant performance problems.

The only thing that you are going to run into is Catalytic Overtemperature Protection at every WOT due to the rear O2's not reporting. This is going to cause your a/f to drop rich at 5000 rpms so that the car can protect the cats. This will cost you 10-15 HP up top from the richness, but thats about it.
This happens on normal cars as well, but only after the first couple WOT runs. Yours will do it from the get-go.
