So I have a 99 z28 with full exhaust, ls6 intake, and a 228 cam. Here's my question. I got a pair of ls6 heads for free and was wondering if I could install the heads without tuning the car for awhile. I was thinking about milling them a little but I'm not sure on how much I can go without worrying bout ptv clearance. Any help is appreciated.

If you have a wide band O2 sensor and can make sure that ur A/F ratio stays below 13 go a head. If not you may burn a piston.
