Default 2000 ws6 complete rebuild, no key on, SES light on, BCM beeping

I just completly rebuilt a 2000 ws6, body harness replaced, engine, trans, engine harness. So all of the control modules are 'new' too, out of a same year ws6.

I have everything connected except for the alt, maf, tb. But i dont think that would matter.

Plugged in the battery and automatically the SES light came on. No interior lights, no key functions, no healights or power anything.

Thinking I had missed something on the steering column, i looked under there, everything is connected, pulled the brake pedal closer to hit the sensor and then the BCM started beeping. Consistent beeps, pretty fast.

Pulled the BCM apart to look at the electronics, soldering looks ok, i think its still good. Only difference on the cars is one is 3channel, one is 4channel. Does the BCM care about that?

HPTuners would not connect, so obviously the OBD2 is not getting power...

Am I missing something?

Some updates...

1. The car does notice the key being in the slot. The BCM beeping is louder if the key is in, then if its not. So i guess thats good.

2. I tried the original BCM, it had the same exact numbers on it, same result.

3. Checked ALL of the fuses, they are still good. Going to swap out all of the relays, just because its a easy check... doubt it will do anything tho.

Everything appears to be connected in the car.

Questions:

What HAS TO be connected to get power into the car?

And, would false grounds cause my symptoms? I did relocate all of my grounds, maybe one or more does not have a good connection?

Found it!!!!!!!!!

Since I hadnt done the ALT, i didnt do the big bare copper ground wire to the block. Not sure if that means the other ones arent good, or that they just arent enough... kinda makes sense tho... block had power, but no ground. Couldnt complete the circuit im assuming.

Whatever, shes good to start adding fluid, im stoked!
