07 Escalade L92 swap using the stock e38 ECM and HPtuners. I disable VATS 1+2 and the clutch interlock and starter disable and it fires right up and runs pretty well. But each time I turn the key off and try to restart it only fires up on three cyls and the fuel pedal goes dead. Strange? Ive attached a scan and would appreciate ANY help Im ready to torch this thing

Are you sure that the pcm is powering down and powering up properly? Check all the constant powers and keyed powers.

It was a wiring issue in the end. Had 12v+ ign PCM feed hooked up to 12v+bat. Took a while to find it as I have made a tucked harness this time but I still dont see how you get that out of p1682 and p0650

But its a running sweet now
