Default c0056 code? help please

I installed my old 10 bolt back into my t/a after taking out the 12 bolt. I now get the code...

C0056 Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Range Performance (3 wss)

I have replaced the sensor that mounts on top of the differential housing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I clear the code, and with the back end jacked up put it in 2nd gear and do not get the code. I then let the car down and drive it, and get the code after it gets to about 7 mph or so. Help please!

More info...if I clear the code, idle out 1st gear, the 'low trac' light comes on. I then give it just a minute amount of gas, and the abs inop light comes on.

Was this the same rear out of the car originally?
It is either a bad connection or the sensor is unable to produce a strong enough wave form,(a/c voltage signal) for the ABS controller to use.
It was fine with the 12 bolt correct?

Its the original rear out of car. I have tried 2 sensors. It does not happen when the car is jacked up at any speed.
