Default NA E85 Tune, looking for some input

So I have gone and completely redone my tune after having some interesting things pointed out to me. Today I am going to go work with it a little more and see how it does but its been about a month and a half of playing with the tune and this is where its at currently.
Current tune just finished modifying this morning:
http://www.2shared.com/file/bX48QYxQ...g_VE_Tabl.html

This is a log from last night:
http://www.2shared.com/file/a5938J2-..._race_log.html

This was the old tune done by someone else:
http://www.2shared.com/file/5TOiPUkQ...85-Dynotu.html

Right now the things I would like some advice on are:
1) WOT Tuning (Running very very rich)
2) Leaning out cruise to increase gas mileage
3) Torque Management
4) I keep tuning the Maf and it just seems like the line is getting lower and lower... kinda concerns me I would like some thoughts as I am following one of the guides I found on the HP Tuners Website
5) I got the car to start on the first pull every time (Cold or not) but now sometimes the idle jumps to 2k then back down on start up. I would like to know what I over looked that's causing that as I am not finding it.

I would really like the chance to look at anyone elses NA E85 tune to learn from it.

My mods that would have effect are:
Comp Cam 222/224 .566/.568 112LSA
Milled 243's
Crane Gold 1.7 Roller Rockers Adjustable
BBK Intake Manifold
BBK 80mm TB
BBK Intake Bellow
Blackwing Air Intake
Long tubes, no cats, full exhaust.
40lb Injectors

I also have a light weight flywheel and a 25% UDP.

Thank you!

Ok I took a look at your log. The injectors are maxed out...need to upgrade those. Your goal on Motor should be in the 11s for E85. I think from your log you are in the low 12s and the narrowbands.

If you want to help the gas mileage add some more timing to the areas when your are most likely to be cruising at 40-60-75. The E85 will prevent detonation alot better.

If you could post a log of the startup flare that you are talking about that would help. Also add some Idle airflow tables to your log.

Have you turned the maf off and done a speed density then turned the maf back on or are you tuning primarily on the maf?

Maf off tuned VE then back on with LTFT turned off when tuning the MAF.

I will edit the tables to add idle airflow.

I thought I added a lot of timing but I will add more I guess I just get concerned adding more since well.. I am running a lot as it is it seems.

Thank you for the help I will make a few runs today and post up the results.

Wait...wait...wait...you're trying to tune a cammed car on E85 with stock injectors?

You're attached scan is showing 126% Injector Duty Cycle. 85% is the MAX indicator for a required injector swap.

STOP!

Upgrade them or BOOM!

Call the below for upgrading your stockers...

They are 40Lb injectors.

However they are a weird set of Saab injectors seems no one has any data on besides the flow rate. So I had to do the best I could making an injector flow table for them.

Throw them away unless you have access to ALL necessary data for that specific injector. Without correct (true to the decimal) injector data you're baking bullshit into the rest of your tune.

AND besides with those "weird" injectors you are WAY under fueled.

Let me see if I can find anything on them.

reminder...STOP!

The folks @ www.corvetteinjectors.com should give you the injector data you need with purchase.

I visited the link you provided...it went to a BMW injector. Link correct?

New Bosch Fuel Injector 0280150415

Anyhow I entered the info. from the website into the injector calculator from Hp Tuners Forum... 15.23lb/hr @ 43.5psi. or @ 58psi (stock LS1 fuel rail pressure). That's 17.5860lb/hr?

I also ended with over 50% less than what you have in your tunes Flow Rate vs. KPA table.

I'm confused?

450HP estimate would demand atleast a 38lb/hr @ 58psi on regular fuel. I would recommend 20% above that...

Recommend: 60lb/hr-80lb/hr.

Are they technically Ford Racing Parts "Red Top" injectors?

My understanding is the Ford Red Racing Injectors were 30's and these Weird Saab only ones were 34's.
