Default Big spikes in timing advance

I have been having an issue with what feels like a random missfire. After reviewing my data logs in HP tuners, my timing advance is pegged to 46 degrees at part throttle and between 1500 to 2500 RPM when it does it. No DTC's are coming up. Any ideas? Cam or Crank sensors maybe? I have attached the HP Tuners log file if anyone wants to look at it.

This has been a problem before I made any changes to my stock tune. The only change I have made are to the Idle speed, rev limiter, fans, etc. No changes to any tables. I don't have my wideband installed yet, so I'm not making any major changes yet.

Mods are,

TS 224R cam
TEA Stage 1 heads
Fast 78 Intake
LG Street Pro Headers
K&N CAI
Stock injectrors

1998's only support 24 bytes when scanning, your at 26. Delete some unnecessary pids (Mass Air Flow lbs min, fuel trim cell,O2 volts) on your table display, then try scanning again.

On these cars, you may need 2 different config files for scanning.
