Default misfires

My SES light just started flashing all of a sudden and I scanned it and it will not give me a code with Autotap. It seems to only do it when I'm going down the highway or driving at a steady pace for a couple minuets or longer. While doing this it dose'nt seem to run any diffrent. What should I look for in autotap to find out what's causing this problem?

I've replaced the plugs and checked all the wires resistance also. Any other ideas on what might be causing this problem?

Mods: ARE 346 stage 2 heads and custom grind 226 226 569 569 114 and every bolt-on

my car did this until they desensitized the low end misfires. if you watch a stock ls1 versus a cammed ls1 you will see the difference light and day at idle/low rpm's.

i'm guessing you had a tuner edit your car and remove p0300 why atap doesn't log random misfires.

Bring up each cylinder current misfire and cruise. You can see if which problem cylinder it is.I did a car recently that drove great but was down on power.Ended up being 2 cylinders not firing.SES light would flash.
