ls3 Block, Heads ,and Intake .. 98 PCM hard tunning
i just finished building my motor and took the car for the tuner ..
mods were:
2009 LS3 Block
Stock L92 cylinder heads
LS3 Intake + LS3 injectors
lgmotorsports G6x3 Cam Kit.
Underdrive pulley
102 Fast TP
85" delphi 5.3 maf
K&N + Slp Lid
1 7/8 Kooks
3" X-pipe
3" magnaflow mufflers
walbro fuel pump 225
Melling Oil Pump
Tr55 plugs
MSD 10.5 Wires
New Monster stage4 clutch
Freshly built Rear 3.73
the problem is:
Car gets 10.5-11.0 AFR at low RBM 2000 to 4000 and the car made only 400 to the wheels and keep getting me p0103 at this range of RBM..
Tuner said i have to check my wiring and he's assuming that my Pcm is old because my car is 98
he suggested to:
Unplug all the O2 Sensors
Try to go to another Maf .. even if smaller ?!
he's mentioning the knock sensor ?! what to do with this one really ?

car will be back to dyno today to see what happens without the o2 sensors and i'll upgrade the maf to texas speed 100 maf .. hope to fix this issue ..

Is there another tuner you can go to?
Fueling issues should be pretty easy to fix.
On that cam though, it might be easier to go with speed density and just eliminate the maf completely.
The code you are throwing is saying that the meter is maxed out, or you have a direct short, but im leaning towards it pegging the meter. OR your tuner didnt allow for a higher frequency fail rate that matches what the meter is capable of.
Looks like a nice build, You will enjoy it when you get it back in line.

update ..
replaced the maf to a newer one.
replaced my o2s sensors.
the car idles better now and i'll go to the tuner and see what can he do.
