E40 ecu question

Default E40 ecu question

I have a 06 gto dbw harness and a e40 ecu with pedal assembly I can't get the ecu to communicate I have the flick wired up with pins 4-5 grounded 6 and 14 are high and low data bus signals abd pin 16 my power the ecu has power and the tb closes when you turn the key on I don't know if I have a bad or the wrong ecu but I look up the part # and it says my ecu is a 5,3 ssr ecu does anyone know what the differences are in the e40 ecus my part # is 12596679 any info would be great I'm ready to get my ls swapped s2000 running!!!!

Last I checked, the 5.3 SSR was a class2 box, not an E40. An LS2 SSR would be an E40...

I searched that p/n, and it looks like an E40, but there was no E40 in a 5.3 SSR. Not sure what the issue might be...
