Check Engine Light Well i just got done with my header install. I start the car up, and its running great. So i take it down the street, and the check engine light pops on. I have no idea why. I have an off road y pipe on, but i have the O2 simms. Any ideas????

Is it the "Check Engine" or "Service Engine Soon"? If it is the SES then there could be a few things causing it. Did you remove AIR or EGR stuff? Any wires laying on header's causing missfire (probably not the case since you did not mention if it was flashing)? More than likely it is a O2 code, people still get them even though they have O2 simms.
