Default Driving for tune after cam install?

So I want to install the gm asa cam in my camaro 6 speed. I was wondering if it is safe to travel say like 100 miles to a tuner to have it tuned after the install. I wouldn't be going crazy with it just granny style driving it

Cam only you should be fine just take it very easy and watch your gauges. Fill up with the highest octane quality gas in your area to help avoid knock and be smart. I drove my cam heads car around about 75 miles un tuned to make sure everything was ok after my build.

Also, if you upgraded injectors DO NOT drive it at all. I wouldnt even crank it without a base injector tune.

There's no reason why you wouldn't be able to. Light throttle at 2000rpm is not going to knock, unless you have bad gas. And at that point the o2 sensors will keep your fueling in check.

Just baby it and you will be fine.
