fuel filter question

Default fuel filter question

When is a good time to change it. Will it cause stumbling if it is dirty. I have about 55,000 miles with the stock one.

30 K max, for the price of it & it ease of replacement I do it every year.

I try to do it every 10K, 15K at most in all my cars. I think part of the reason so many people have issues with fuel pumps failing is lack of proper filter maintainence. Knowing that these (ls1) pumps seem to fail more often than other cars, I like to do as much as possibile to keep it from failing.....
