I have a 99 computer. The car won't start, so I started checking power and grounds on the pins on the connectors and I have power on all the power pins but I am not getting any power out of the computer going to the crank sensor. What power pin feeds this. An also could this be a bad computer

These pcms are pretty bullet proof, it does happen but not very often.
