I cant find any 2.5 os is there one im missing? The only one i find is HP tuners for the e40 ecm. Btw this is on a 2000 camaro ecm thanks

LS1s can have either a 2 or 3 bar setup so take your pick.

It's best to use the 3bar OS and then input whichever sensor data you have into the map sensor calibration.

The 2.5 bar from the cobalt should work.....used to be from a 3800 supercharged car. Close enough right?

I'm trying to get a mail order tune but the guy said there's only 2 or3 bar OS no 2.5 exist for Ls1 fbody

The 2 or 3bar OS is not limiting you to those particular map sensor's though, that just defines the capabilities of the VE table within the OS. You can install a 3bar OS and use a stock map sensor if you wanted to but it would only read up to the 105kpa load point. Basically put the 3bar OS in it and then use whichever sensor you want to use and input the map sensor calibration and you'll be set. Some people like the motorola 2.5bar sensor, it can be used but will only read up to ~250kpa using the correct sensor calibration under Eng Diag. tab.
