Efi live v1 scan only worth?

Efi live v1 scan only worth? I bought a scan only efi live v1 on like the last day they were able to sell them. I didn't have the cash to get flash and scan at the time but knew I could upgrade later.
Welllll, I never upgraded and I recently found and purchased a v1 flash and scan never upgraded and both liscenses open for 100 shipped.
My question is, how much should I ask for my scan only tool? It can still be upgraded to flash and scan for 300 bucks and they don't sell the v1 anymore. It seems like I could sell it for near what I paid since our only other option is used or v2 at what $900? At the same time I just grabbed a v1 only used on a 98 for $100, so maybe mine isn't worth anything? Also I realize this isn't exactly the right place but figured y'all would be the most knowledgeable..
