I got a new laptop, installing my old efi live software went good, but when I go to click on install flashscan driver...nothing happenes...I even tried to manually add harware, with the flashscan USB pluged into the computer it just will not detect device or start the install wizard.

I searched the efi live downloads on their site, but no luck with a flash scan driver download file.

Thanks for any input.

Try downloading the free trial version of efi live first. That's what i had to do.

Install the new software (free from the efilive website), and run the USB driver manager tool, uninstall the USB driver and reinstall the earlier one.
