Low RPM surging is typically cured by timing and AFR. It sounds like you've got the AFR piece under control. How much timing are you seeing when it's bucking? Is it jumping all over?? Have you tried less timing in that region???
If you get it right, the low-load, low-rpm stuff should be like buttah...

The hwy surging is going to involve the TC I believe. It ONLY does it in 4th with the TC locked up, I moved the TCC lockup to around 65mph to test, and it no longer bucks at say, 60. I can ease along in 3rd and it never does it.
The issue with WOT from idle is what is driving me crazy. I simply cant understand why it is such a dog off idle when Ive only changed the intake and TB.

The issue I am seeing is a KR when I floor it from idle. It is hitting around 1200 rpm and pulling 6*. Not sure why since I have the same timing setup as I had before. I am making changes, but ran out of time today.
The computer I use does not have internet service, so I havnt been able to post any tunes

trying again
i was trying to ask where you was adjusting rpm kpa that sspdemon was talking about in #19 in this thread i am new to this so bare with me. Are you talking about the steady state Hi/low rpm and map threshold mine are set at 2400 and 98kpa. Thanks for your input.

Did you try raising timing? Its not gonna want lower timing for an off idle bog... What is your AFR when you go WOT off idle? Can you post a screenshot of a log (or the actual log) with timing and AFR going WOT from idle... If your tuning computer doesn't have internet access, pull it off on a stick or something... Noone can help you without seeing the data - otherwise, its all speculation and a waste of time.

I lowered the timing a little to try and eliminate the 6* KR at around 1200 rpm.
I will try and use my phone as a hotspot and get online and post a shot. I realize I am asking you guys to help out blind.
