P0174 Lean Bank 2 DTC
Ok I've been chasing this issue for a long time. Brief rundown of things done:
Pulled intake, checked gaskets, removed and resealed bottom plate on BBK SSI intake, replaced entire PCV system, changed O2 sensors
I pulled plugs from pass side and all 4 completely fouled (black), driver side are fine.
Bench tested front O2, ran up to >0.9V then down to almost 0 quickly.
Front O2 reads 40 - 50mV all the time as soon as it goes closed loop. Tried another O2 and same results.
Any one have an idea I can try?
Jon

I'm having the same problem, one side is running really rich and the other really lean. I was going to replace the o2 sensor but it seems that didn't work with your problem. Have you got any opinions on this problem yet?

I replaced the PCM and it did not help. I checked the wiring from the PCM connector down to the O2 sensor and they were good.
I put my original PCM back in and all the problems went away. It has been running flawlessly for a few weeks now.
I wish I could tell you what fixed it, but I honestly don't know.
I bought a bluetooth OBDII interface that I connect to with my android phone. I monitor the 4 O2 sensors as well as the STFT's and they are right on the money.
I need to get it tuned now, but that's another story.
