Default afr?

i just bought a innovate wideband with lc1 and i should be getting it sometime this week. iv searched and havent really found the answer im looking for. what should my afr be on my bolt on car durring part throttle and wot? i know you cant tell me a specific number because every car is different, but i would like to know a range of what is considered rich and lean. the main reason i got it is because since i swapped the t-56 in my car and i had a local guy swap the a4 tune for a m6 tune i have been getting terrible gas millage(18mpg on a good week). i didnt have him actually tune the car but just swap the os to the m6 file and he used a old tune from his car when it was bolt-on's and we did a wot run and i was reading 13.6 through the narrow bands and im not sure if thats good or not.

part throttle should be 14.6 ~14.7

wide open depending on the tune could be 11.5 (stock tune w/no mods)

seems like 12.8 or 12.5 or so depending on setup and spark on NA ls1 works well
