Default P2101 where to begin?

I have a street/track(road course) bolt-on LS6 CTS V. FAST 102 with a NW 102. Car has heads, cam and headers. Last year I had a few issues later in the season where the car would throw P1515 and P1516 codes on the track during WOT. The first 25 minute session was fine but during the later sessions it would begin to limp mode. It would take about 10 minutes there after to start acting up every time I would go out. My first outing this year I had no issues on the first two sessions. The third session I began to throw P2101 only codes after about 10 minutes. It appears again to occur at WOT almost always on the 4-5 shift at very high speed accelerating on the straights 125+. The second day of the event the same thing. The last session was quite strange. At first I thought the clutch was slipping because the power was cutting out for a second or so then coming back. The car didn't go into limp mode right away but eventually did. There are so many approaches to this issue that I wanted to get someones spin on where to start. I have a limited knowledge of tuning. I have been given all kinds of feedback from the "TB is shot" to "it's a tuning issue" to " replace the harness" to "replace the TAC module". I thought I would reach out here to see if anyone has some suggestions on how to approach the problem without starting to replace everything until you find out what fixes it.

Did see a thread that was cured when the person inspected the plug/harness @ the t/b. A bad connector.
