Car wont idle after being stored

Car wont idle after being stored I was gone for a few months and my car just sat. The battery went dead, so I charged the battery and started my car. Now it wants to idle around 500 rpm, like it has a stock tune. It runs fine, shifts where it is supposed to, and does everything else fine. It just wont idle. Anybody have any ideas about what I can do?
