Default any tune experts that can help me?

Hey guys, I have a 2005 gto and I just bought a new alternator since my old one has been acting up for awhile. Right after I swapped it, the car would turn off at stop lights and have a hard time starting in the morning, it starts running really rich and idling as if its misfiring. I wonder if it needs to be retuned since when I last had it tuned the alternator was already starting to give me problems, when i asked my tuner he said the alternator has nothing to do with the tune which sounds logic to me but its so strange to me that right after i swapped the alternator i noticed the car running like this. Does anyone know what might be causing this. Thanks

Low voltage does have an impact on the "tune"...Batt volt offset on the injs is 1. Low volts to the fuel pump is another.....
Have you checked the alt output with a VOM??

Disconnect battery for a few hours then test if it improves

Maybe it was tuned with low voltage, now it needs an adjustment

Thanks Guys. The car turns off right away, so it wont give me a chance to check voltage and will only stay on if I unplug the 2 wire harness. Once I plug the harness back the car turns off..

there are issues other than just low volts...Time for some system diagnostics.
