Default mail order question??

I'm in the process of getting a mail order tune since my cam install. it is a 2002 ss m6 with only cam (227/235 614/621) pac 1518 valve springs and LTs. my question is since it is currently my daily driver can I send in my spare computer to be tuned instead of the one in my car. both are 411 pcms and have all the same service number. the spare came out of a 2003 express van with a 6.0
