I was thinking about getting rid of HP runners and going with the Holly efi. And selling my computer and harness
Is this easy to install and tune any thoughts.

I'm running the Holley HP and it works well. I've never tuned EFI before and this thing was super easy to get up and running. The car fired right up, the self learn works excellent and the software is easy to use.

Works Great...
Easy to install
for the most part, plug and play...
you will need to use aftermarket gauges or piggy back to the pcm to use the stock gauges
I prefer to use the Holley Digital Gauges with the exception of the Tach and Speedo
you will need a 3 wire lsx oil sensor(like from a vette) or an Autometer/Holley Sensor...

you will have to do some bypassing of VATS things and you will have to wire around the BCM to get the fuel pump/starter relay's to work....

I have two HP's running. 1 has 6000 miles on it since mothers day no issues. The other is on the mustang and the tuning took just a few min with no dyno time

Was the coil feedback issue on high boost applications solved? I quit following the progress a while back, but will be buying another aftermarket PCM soon.
