Default How to calculate AF ratio with Atap?

I have done a search and not found a conclusive answer to this. What do I monitorwith Atap to calculate AF ratio. I have the Windows enhanced version of Atap. Is it just Ltrimand Strim?

Thanks for any help.

You could do a crude linearization of the O2 sensor
output to an AFR, basing it on the curves that are
out there, but this would contain a large "mystery
factor" which is the exhaust gas or sensor operating
temperature (unknown baseline, and variable with
time-at-output as the manifold and sensor track
exhaust gas temp with some thermal "inertia").

LTFT is a gauge of how right your MAF and fuel
delivery calibrations are, under various conditions.
They only speak to the regions where you are
aiming for a 14.7:1 even mixture, this is where
the O2s' feedback is valid.

While a wideband is best, you can look at your O2 sensor voltage to get a rough idea. .880-.890 is ideal, .900 is rich, .800 is lean.
