Default when is the best time of year for a tune?

i figure if you tune your car on a 95 degree day, then when its 50 degres out the car will run differently.......that statement is true correct? so if it gets down to 10 degrees in the winter and 95 in the summer, would realistically like 55-60 degrees be the best time to tune since i wont be drivin it when its less than 30 out?

there's a lot of adjustablility built into the system. i wouldn't get a tune based on weather. if it needs tuned just get it done

Both the PCM and dyno's account for weather - if it needs tuned, get it tuned...
