Car starts but dies 3 seconds after starting.
I have a 99' Pontiac Trans Am with a LSX set up. Motor ran fine for the past few years, last year i switched to speed density and a victor jr set up. After a year of racing i switchd to a fast intake set up. Since the new intake is one the car wont run. It starts up every time but dies 3 secs later. Any suggestion? I've changed the cam shaft position sensor and also the crank position sensor. I was wondering if a bad tps sensor would cause this?

hey, what kind of pcm are you running? if its an aftermarket maybe a tps relearn or somethiung along those lines, if factory it almost sounds like maybe the anti theft is kicking in, any codes you can pull out of it if its a factory pcm? i have a holley hp efi set up and mine did that too when i first installed the sytem, found out it was a bad cam sensor, since you replaced yours its probably not the cause, got arounf my issue by simply running the system in bank to bank instead of sequential injector firing. any lights come on in the dash or anything??

Im running a factory pcm, and its not throwing any codes. My Vats system has the bypass which i had to do when my key quit working, my next step is maybe deleting Vats all together and seeing if that works.
