Default Trouble code help

So I got 4 coded p0102 p0103 which both say maf to high and low would that mean the maf is bad? It's an slp 85mm maf. The other two codes are p0122 and p0507 for the tps and iac so I'm just not sure where to start or should I replace all 3? My mods are in sig thanks for any help.

Oh I forgot to put how the car is running. The idle is very high when I first start it after it worms up it never drops below 1300rpm even when in gear when I come to a stop in gear it still doesn't drop below 1300rpm but after driving it for awhile and I put it in park the rpms jump to 2k and stay there. Could that be a problem with the tcs system geting stock? If so how would I test that without removing or replacing the entire system. I also just put on a new nick Williams 92 throttle body. Thanks

Are you sure the harness is plugged in to all three of those sensors...
