Default hanging idle with cam

Car is a 2000 Formula M6 with an EPS 226/234 113LSA cam. Already been tuned by a shop, but I'm having issues with a hanging idle when rolling to a stop in either neutral or with the clutch pedal held down. It hangs at ~1400 RPM until I stop, then it goes back down to 900.

I understand I need to play with the idle throttle follower and cracker, and base idle airflow. My question is, does m6 cars use the P/N maps? I've seen some threads that say when it is in neutral or the clutch is in, it'll go to P/N maps, while others say P/N maps is for autos only. The idle airflow cells for the P/N maps on my tune are all zero. I've attached a copy of the tune.
