Default Fuel trim question

Ok hey guys I got my intake on now fixed the vacuum leak and idle is good. I'm still waiting on my PCM. So anyways I have my original PCM with a jet prograee and I was messing around looking at the logs it does and my stft is around 1.7x to -3. But my long term fuel trims are around 19-25 sometimes at idle then it'll drop to 10-15%? So I'm confused why would it be running lean? I do have every bolt on except under drive. So is it the programmer or the tune? I know I have exhaust leaks, can that throw it off? And does this mean it is really burning lean? Thanks guys

LTs could be saved from when you had the vacuum leak and haven't cleared themselves out yet??
