Default Cost Effective Code reader?

What is a good OBD II reader? I'm not looking for a tuner, just something that reads and clears codes.

Thanks,

Wink

Ultra gage for $59 shows sensor data that is customizeable. Imports and domestics.

That ultra gauge looks good for $60. I was looking at the interceptor but it cost nearly 4X that.
