I'm swapping a 98 ls1 into a 240sx and before I go threw all the trouble putting the 98 ls1 engine harness in the 240sx I was wanting to know the differences between the 98 and 99-02 tuning, options, etc

I would go for a 1999-02 Harness and preferable an 02 PCM..lot more tuning options. You can re-wire that 1998 Harness to 99-02 specs..that 1998 is actually decent to use with swaps cause it's wired for things the 99-02 isn't.

Is there an article or something on how to rewire the harness.
Thanks for the help!

There is really no article..sit down with the 1998 Pin Diagram and the 1999-02 Diagram, and just re-pin it..

ChipsbyAl had a decent write up on his site on doing the repinning
There are several users on here that did their own conversion charts and I've seen a few offers to do the conversions. Maybe somebody will offer to send their conversion chart

Before you start the re-pinning process, be warned, there are probably over 100 wires to move to a different pin.
