Default 4L80E Input Torque

Originally posted in the automatic transmission section but got no responses there.

I downloaded the stock ECM program using HP Tuners the other day using a bench harness.

The trans is a stock 4L80E. Going thru the different tabs I came across the torque input.

It is factory rated at 610 ft/lb in stock form.

New to HP Tuners and wanted to share this info.
Am I reading this correctly?

Mike

I guess I answered my own question.

Thank you for confirming that is what the table means.
The screen shot is the first time I used HP Tuners.

It is just a limit, it isn't like you are going to hit it with a stock engine, so mostly changing those things that have super high limits already will not make a change.

You can always make a small change to things and see if you can see or feel a difference. If no change, then you can go back to stock settings in a quick flash.
