Default TPS WOES - Getting pissed

Alright guys, first of all I have attached an HP tuners log showing what its doung.

I can NOT get the tps to register 0% when its hooked up to the TB. If I leave it plugged in and rotate the sensors internals with my finger I can get 0-100 no problem. The lowest I can get the sensor to read when its properly bolted to the TB is 13%. If I put the sensor on the TB unbolted and just hold it there with my hand and then rotate it I can get it to 0%. But as soon as I move the TB blade it goes up to X% and then comes back down to 13% again, no matter what I do.

I have tried a TPS relearn about 40,000 times, I have adjusted the TB screw stop all ovr the place, etc and to no avail. Have tried different sensors, checked grounds. No go. WTF. The shitty`st part is I cannot get into idle fueling because of it and my is a bastard to start because of it.

Slot the holes on the TPS so you can rotate it to make it read lower.
Rotate it in the same direction the blade turns.
You can do it by hand or with a dremel. Be careful because the plastic is very soft.

As I said above I have done basically that already. I left it unbolted and twisted it to 0 by hand and then moved the blade. It never comes back to even below 10% once moved

I've seen cases on older GM cars where even TPS relearn via scanner doesn't work. What always worked for me was to disconnect and remove the battery. Then, I would connect the positive and negative battery cables together to "clear" the PCM memory basically. I've kept them connected overnight before when I couldn't get a Grand AM TPS to reset to 0% and it eventually worked. However, I imagine it should clear after a half hour or so.

Might want to give that a shot.

You might look for not just the resting voltage value,
but whether it appears stable or is bouncing around.
TPS do wear especially where it rests a lot. Have you
tried substitution?

From the sound of it, though, there is something about
the TB shaft angle that does not match what the TPS
"expects". If this is an aftermarket TB, that seems to
not be uncommon.

You say you can rotate to 0% by hand (though no
mention of raw voltage, which you ought to be looking
at) and adjusting on-TB has "failed", which says
whatever you did for adjusting simply was insufficient.
Maybe you hog off the ears altogether and use some
washers to clamp it down at the "right answer" angle.
But I bet if you have this problem at one end, getting
idle right may screw your WOT end instead. Though
that "WOT voltage" can be changed in the tune.
