Default Need help figuring out wiring harness/pin outs on plugs

Long story short I'm race wiring my car and need to know what wires are what I certain plugs. I'll ask specifics when I need them so I don't clutter thread with random stuff.

First thing I'm doing is getting power to starter. I got main power ran to dist. block then power wire ran to starter. Now the part I get lost. As of now my car has 0 wires in it, I do however still have the wires in my column for the column electronics, all I did was unplug harness from it. My plan is to find that plug, cut it off harness and plug it back in and just have a pigtail hanging from it. With that being said what wires are going to be for the ignition so I can use the stock ignition to start it? Car is a 1994 z28. Thanks

Trying to make sence of this and can't figure it out. Here's the plugs I got that I need info on. These 2 are under the dash on the column. All I need to know is what is the ignition wires and turn signal wires..

This is the headlight switch. Just need to figure out what wires to turn on low beams, that's it..

These 2 are the brake pedal switches. What ones do what and all I need from these is just a signal wire to run brake lights...

First pic the wires hanging is for wipers/cruise the one on the column is for your signals which can be found on the exterior light diagram in the link. Headlight switch red is power in and yellow is low beam. The 2wire switch is not needed (cruise). The brake switch orange is power in light blue goes to brake lights.

Awesome, sounds like in 99% there. Do you know what the ignition wires are on the column? I want to use my key to trigger my accesories and turn the key to start it.

What about running lights for the rear? Can I just wire them to my headlight switch with a relay so they turn on with my head light switch? Forgot about those back there.

Ok so far all my wiring is turning out great, but on the column wiring I don't have a red one for the power like you stated. The plugs also have different colors vs the mounted column plugs. For coloring, are you referring to the pig tails that I cut off or the color on the column plug? I need main power in, acc out, ign out and turn signal out.

Yea iv rea that post and looked at my plugs a 100 times and I don't have a orange or red wire. Iv continuity tested every combo of wires on both plugs and I get nothing in either the run or start position. So now I'm really lost and about to put a retarded switch panel in it. What's this plug that's on the very top of the column?..

Got all my ignition figured out and car starts up, big thanks Flame. Now to tackle my next project, the gauge cluster.

I have the one and only pigtail plugged into the cluster but now need to know whats what...

I need 12+, water temp, speedo, tach, alt and fuel. The Haynes manual i have is pretty vague and the colors in there wiring diagram doesnt match my wires i have here. Flame, do you know whats what?
