Default Reading AFR using LM1 & HPTuners...having problems!

I have HPTuners and I am trying to scan for AFR on my data logs. I am doing this by trying to go through my LM1. I am not haveing much luck.

1. The car is logging everything except AFR
2. I have the older LM1
3. The LM1 is reading using Logworks but will not read when I try to use it with the HPTuners.
4. I have the serial cable in the serial port on the side of the LM1 and it is connected to a serial to USB adapter that is plugged into the computer. The computer is picking up the cable in the correct com port.
5. I used an AUX wire that has a white wire and a red wire. I cut off the ends and ran the white wire end (ground) to the number 4 spot counting from the top of that little green thing. I cut off the ends of the red wire and ran it to the top spot.
6. In my main primary table I used the PID for AFR/LM1 in box 1

When I log the LM1 will say like 12.5 and the data log said like 10.1 all the time wether I rev it up, etc.. So if the Lm1 says 12.5 and I rev it and it says 11.2 the data log stays consistent around 10.1-10.2

Any ideas? I need to be logging AFR and not glancing at it when at WOT which is what I do right now.

I think your ground needs to be in the number 5 spot on the connector.
