I am getting a P0420 code, already replaced both o2 sensors on bank one, code re-triggered. Now I am looking at the cats. Is it concievable (assuming it is not damaged or poorly manufactured) that the life span of the catalytic converter is dead?

What kind of values should I expect from the O2 sensors? Idle, 2-3k rpm?
