Default Would a frost tune fix this?

Just put in a 3000 stall converter in a DD, that is mostly stock. Noticed that when driving around town under little to no load, the car goes into OD at 35mph and the exhaust vibration and drone is unreal. This is the stock exhaust BTW. Once you tap the gas and/or get above 40 the noise is gone. Would a frost mail order tune help this? by raising the shift points and/or removing the torque management help? Under normal throttle, the car goes into OD at about 40-43mph and no issue, its just when your coasting at 35 and give it lite throttle it drives me nuts!! You can feel it in the floor!!

Yes a tune will fix it, The main change / improvement is getting rid of the factory pwm, the better clutches in the aftermarket converters like to be a solid engagement in lockup.
