alter tune for 100mm MAF

alter tune for 100mm MAF I'm going to the TSP 100mm maf, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for on the route to go to tune for it.
- Can I tune it without HP Tuners? If so, please explain
- I think doing a mail order for a maf is stupid, so if I can't tune it myself, I guess I'll have to take another trip to Vengeance and have them adjust it.
