Acer makes decent laptops 10" screen makes it very portable if you have
good eyes. Windows 7 does not run well with only 1gb memory.
7 starter sucks its too stripped down. I'd keep looking.

How many gb's of memory do you recommend in order to run HPtuners?

It's really not about HPT as it is about having enough memory to
support the OS you are running. It would be fine on an XP machine
with 512kb.
I have run Tunercat on a 366mghz with 256kb ram.

I like my netbook. Although I wish it had more speed.
