need a new laptop for tuning hey all, after a few years in pieces, my cars back together and my current linux based laptop wont work with hptuners..
sooo, im looking for a cheap laptop to use exclusively for the purpose..
ive found a few pretty cheap ones but they all run chrome OS..
i came across this today...says windows 7 starter (what does starter refer to?)
what do yall think?

Acer makes decent laptops 10" screen makes it very portable if you have
good eyes. Windows 7 does not run well with only 1gb memory.
7 starter sucks its too stripped down. I'd keep looking.
