I have an 01 z28 that had been sitting for the winter and now it wont start. I dont seem to have any power to my fuse panel inside the car. I do have power under the hood. Is there a fuse or something from the fuse box under the hood that powers the internal fuse box? I installed a new battery thinking my old one was junk but still nothing. I have no radio, windows, door locks, no light on the dash when I turn the key on and wont even turn over. Any ideas?

I did more testing today and it seems like the ones that dont have power are just the fuses that would have power with the key turned on.
