i have a 98 ls1 firebird auto is there any way to tell if its been repined ? my car has longtubes,and no cats and dosent have any lights on just wondering was there anyway to tell the previous owner said it had been tuned i was debating on a repin but if its been done im to the good on that part

Only way to tell if there is a tune is to pull it and do a compare. If you have no lights and no rear o2's or simulators then its a good chance it is.

I also have a 1998 Trans Am LS1 A4, I too have long tubes, no cats, and have no codes coming up which I feel is a little strange, I just have the two o2 sensors plugged in at the collectors of the headers, and I know for sure my car has not been tuned...maybe our cars are blessed somehow
