Default Car is running like S%*t... NEED HELP!!!!!!

My service engine light has been flshing for the past week... I took the car and scanned it.. It said multiple engine missfires.. So i pulled the plugs and 1 was fouled.. I think that happend after i insalled my headers becase one of my plug wires had a bad connection, so I figured the bplug was bad because its wasnt getting any spark... I replaced the plug.. That seem to fix my problem for a couple of hours..Then it started missfiring again same problem.... This time i pulled the same plug 7 its a whitesh color... So im assuming its running lean now... Then I noticed the air/fuel ratio gauge wasnt working... So I drove the car back to the auto. parts store to scan it again... This time I had two multiple misfire codes, two lean codes for left bank & right bank, and a low voltage input on the O2 sensor, (Im not sure if it was both of them or just one) .. I figured the O2's were fried so I have O2 sims. on the back so I took the O2's I had on the back & replaced the front ones with them.... Hooked the A/F gauge back up & still dosent work...... I dont know if this has anything to do with it or not but when I get on my car it also smokes.... SO I have 4 questions to ask...
1. Why is my car misfiring now all of a sudden?
2. Is the O2's not working, cause the car to run so lean that it causes it to misfire?
3. Why want my a/f gauge work anymore?
4. Why is it smoking?
Ive tried everything, new plugs, wires, different O2's. 115 octane gas...
Im not sure if this post belongs here if not please move where needed.... PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111

Yeah it would be slightly down on power but would also throw multiple misfire codes

It doesnt seem like its down on power... it clears out about 3000 rpm.... Do you think that b/c my a/f ratio gauge isnt working that the O2's arent working, & the pcm is getting a lean feedback which is causeing a misfire? I did pull the driver side plug and it was white.... I havent replaced the plugs yet.. But if the O2's were bad it would be point less.. They would just end up just like they are now....
